Cabo Wabo's New Site is as Smooth as their Award Winning Tequila

WebSight Design has launched CaboWabo.com, and it's as cool and smooth as their award winning tequilas. The site was converted from Flash and upgraded to jQuery. The new Javascript website offers a unique design with sleek style and smooth transitions. Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) have allowed for universal background width control, and the transition from Adobe Flash to Java brings opportunity for advanced search engine optimization (SEO) throughout the site. Cabo Wabo, founded in 1996, was the creation of legendary musician and tequila aficionado, Sammy Hagar. After painstakingly seeking out the top tequilas to serve at his Cabo San Lucas cantina, Sammy decided to begin his own brand with the assistance of a tequila-making family with over 80 years of experience. Today, production begins with Blue Agave cacti grown in Jalisco, Mexico by the same family with which Hagar originally partnered. After about 8 to 10 years,  the heart of the plant is extracted and transported to the distillery where it is used to create one of the most smooth and delicious tequilas in the world. Cabo Wabo's awards include a plethora of double gold, gold, and sliver medals from around the world. Most recently, the brand was awarded the Double Gold Medal for their añejo at the 2011 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. These awards, their agency partner Meatoes, and their new WebSight Design site will really help to cement Cabo Wabo as the top tequila in the world.
