Totomic is a big data startup that offers digital marketing and business intelligence tools to residential real estate professionals, brokers, and real estate developers. Clients include Pacific Union International, Tishman Speyer and Polaris Pacific. Chris Foley, Partner at Polaris Pacific, is the Chairman, Chris Weltzien is the CEO, Jeremy Bornstien, former senior scientist at Apple is the CTO. WebSight Design has worked with Totomic since early 2016, rolling out their implementation of an agent facing Best Buyer Report tool and a broker management C-Suite solution. Building out this starter site from initial ask to “go live” date was less than a week. The site includes custom design and a basic CMS. The site is mobile optimized via Responsive Web Design.
