We relaunched Finelivingmarin.com this morning for long time client Marilyn Rich. With sales volume over $1 billion, Marilyn has been a top producing Marin County real estate agent for close to 20 years. For at least half of that time, Marilyn has been our client. While serviceable, Marilyn's old website had been around for years. The backend code had a 6+ year old foundation. The front end had been updated regularly, but not comprehensively. Mobile was handled by Duda Mobile, an affordable but "templately mobilize your desktop site in the cloud" solution. In short, it was time for an upgrade. Marilyn commissioned an upgraded brand from Northern California design ace Terry Whistler. The brand focussed on a new logo, a lighter brighter color palette, and more modern fonts. WSD took the high level brand and rippled it through the production of the site in a functional, yet user friendly way, particularly on mobile. The front end of the site is thumb friendly and fast loading. The About Marin section has updated relevant Marin County information and new photos. The Property search page elegantly embeds the Real Scout widget. The real estate property module in the Content Management System (CMS) allows the client to add, edit delete listings to an attractive property list page and a Marin county property detail page (PDP).
