Cccleanwater.org: Website Redesign

The Contra Costa Clean Water Program (CCCWP) was established in 1991 in response to the federal stormwater regulations. In the summer of 2018, WebSight Design (WSD) launched CCCWP's new website. CCCWP's site was previously built on WordPress and it came to WSD for a more secure solution.

The new website provides CCCWP with an easier way of managing content. This new website administrator has everything CCCWP needs. This new website build also gave CCCWP an opportunity to update and restructure the content to be more user-friendly. The design and UX objectives for this site were to modernize the layout and make it mobile responsive. WSD accomplished this by widening the page content for a full-screen look, increasing the font size, and adding stackable sections of content. The client also wanted to add visual interest to an otherwise text-heavy site. The new website has photos on every page and includes a carousel on the homepage.
