Centoni provides best in class residential renovation and restoration services for historic and modern San Francisco homes. From facade to flooring, Centoni's projects are designed, engineered, and built in a single source program, streamlining project delivery and transforming the relationship between designers and builders into a collaborative alliance.

The Challenge

When founder, Gina Centoni came to us her website was built on WordPress. Hosting was not secure and her freelance marketing lead had gone MIA.  She was ready to upgrade to a more secure and customizable platform.  She was looking for a responsive team and a thoughtful marketing plan to help scale her business.

The Approach

We kicked this project off with a comprehensive keyword and competitor audit.  From there, our marketing team worked with Gina Centoni to develop a content strategy. We identified high value keywords and folded them into a simple new design on the Yii framework. Additionally, we identified a few dozen domains to secure and leverage.

Gina could rest easy knowing that her new website met guidelines for WCAG accessibility and had SSL encrypted hosting. 

Like all our projects, we defined baseline metrics in order to monitor progress overtime.  

The Results 

The new frontend is an elegant, mobile-friendly interface that follows Centoni’s visual guidelines, has excellent readability, and delivers clear messaging.

A month after the new website launched Gina noted,

"[Our SEO] and Google strategies are working… just last week we had 4 new highly qualified leads come in and another just now... Our reviews are up to 12 and I have a feeling the additional domain strategy is really working… Yea - we’re off to a great start! Thank you to Leah and the entire WSD team."

And that’s only the beginning. As we learn more, we're continuing to expand Centoni's search engine strategy.
