Pacific Union Partners

Pacific Union Partners is a unique real estate development company. They describe themselves as occupying the "sweet spot between spec and custom." Pacific Union Partners extends the design+build concept to include procurement of property, engineering, permits, and hiring the contractors. The properties they develop are either pre-sold, or on-spec and meeting a set of sought-after criteria that elevate the desirability of the finished product.

To keep the "sweet spot" concept clear, we designed a site that is crisp and simple, allowing the client to explain it in their own words (via a content management system). The site also houses a property database, where the client can list properties coming on the market, those under construction, and a selection of sold properties.

Clients can browse a gallery of high-end project photos, seeing for themselves the quality of Pac Union Partners' work, as well as getting ideas for their own dream projects.
