Our Founders & CEO
Alex co-founded WebSight Design in 1995. His primary responsibilities include sales and finance. He also runs project management for select accounts.
Leadership
Paul is a multi talented industry veteran with skills including design, video / sound production, programming, and management. He worked for WebSight Design in the 1990's and is now back as our Chief Operating Officer.
Stephanie has a fine arts education and more than 20 years of web design experience. Stephanie leads our design and production teams and has been with WSD since 2000.
Vanessa comes from a software development education background and is a sales/marketing veteran. She heads the development department and has been managing technical projects for over 20 years.
Rob's expertise in software stems from about 1980 when he first began writing programs. Rob leads our programming teams and is the lead engineer on larger, more complicated projects.
From technical support and client guidance to troubleshooting and QA, Gustave delivers with expertise and patience. There are few areas he hasn’t immersed himself in during his 15 + years with the WSD team.
Eric is an expert web engineer with over 15 years of daily application development experience. He is also a highly skilled database architect and developer.
Ella recently passed away and Team WSD is mourning her loss. Whether it was snoozing through a conference call or wandering around the office checking in on everyone, Ella worked hard to keep us all in a zen state of mind. RIP Ella! We miss you and love you.

Kim is an experienced executive with extensive management skills. She has 25+ years experience in project management, creative, branding, web, and digital marketing.
Dan is a a Search Engine Marketing expert with 20 years of daily web development and marketing experience.
Mac is a 25 year veteran offering web and video services. Many of those years have been with WebSight Design. A man who wears several hats, Mac continues to broaden his understanding of creating with purpose.
Natalie is a marketing strategist with over two decades experience in brand positioning, communications, and digital marketing. She helps businesses stand out, stay top of mind, and adapt to new technologies to optimize their marketing programs.
Leyna has been providing internet technology support since the first dotcom boom. She provides business development consultation & web services working in partnership with WSD since 2004.
Gardner has 30 + years of in-depth design, video, and audio experience. He joins WebSight Design as a producer and an account executive.
