The websightdesign.com website and its subdomains (collectively, the "Website") are published and maintained by WebSight Design, Inc. ("WebSight Design," "we," "us," or "our"). We respect the privacy of every Website visitor, whether you are evaluating web vendors or are an existing client.

We collect information in two ways:

• Information you provide directly. When you fill out a contact form, request a quote, subscribe to communications, pay an invoice, or send us an email, we collect the information you submit. • Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, our servers and the third-party services listed below automatically receive technical information including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and approximate geographic location derived from your IP address.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, deliver and improve our services, send service-related communications, analyze how visitors use the Website so we can improve it, protect the Website from abuse and fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Third-Party Services We Use

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) provides aggregated analytics about Website usage. GA4 uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages visited, session duration, device type, and approximate geographic location. • Microsoft Clarity provides session replay and heatmap analytics that help us understand how visitors interact with pages so we can improve usability. Clarity captures mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and page content. We do not use Clarity to identify individual visitors. • Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms from spam and automated abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, including device and application data, and sends it to Google for analysis. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service at policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/terms.
• Google Fonts delivers the typefaces used on the Website. When your browser requests a font, Google receives the request along with your IP address. See the Google Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Elfsight powers certain interactive widgets embedded on the Website (such as social feeds and reviews). Elfsight may set cookies and collect usage data related to those widgets. See the Elfsight Privacy Policy at elfsight.com/privacy-policy.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The services above use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent. Blocking cookies may affect Website functionality.

We will verify your identity before acting on your request.

EU and UK residents (GDPR / UK GDPR). If you are located in the EU or UK and believe we hold personal data about you, contact us and we will work with you on your request.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Analytics data is retained according to the defaults of each service unless we have set a shorter retention period.

Children

The Website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

SMS Messages

If you consent to receive SMS communications from WebSight Design, Inc., you agree to receive recurring messages related to your account or services. We will not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing categories and will not be shared with any third parties. Accessibility Statement

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some areas of the Website may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.2 AA. Embedded third-party content (such as social media widgets, video players, and review feeds) is governed by the accessibility of those third-party services and may not meet the same standards as content we control directly. We are actively working to identify and remediate any gaps.

Americans with Disabilities Act
