Apple Safari

1. Select "Preferences" from the Safari Menu
   
   
2. Select the "Advanced" tab and check the "Show Develop menu in menu bar" box
   
   
3. Close the Preferences window and then select "Empty Caches" from the Develop Menu that is now available in Safari
